Kampala — THREE security guards in Iraq have dragged Askar Security Services located in Makindye, a Kampala surburb, to court over breach of contract.
According to a plaint at the High Court, the trio was deployed in Iraq after Askar recruited them. "Without any notification or consultation and in complete disregard of the specific terms of the agreement, the defendants jointly and severally deducted $100 per month from the plaintiff's salary," the plaint read.
