Kampala — THE High Court has stopped Nakasero Market Vendors Association from collecting rent from vendors until a case in which they seek implementation of the President's directive is finally decided.
The vendors, through their lawyer Isaac Walukagga of MMAKS Advocates, said the President had directed that they should be allowed to sub-lease the market.
