Johannesburg — SA WILL push for what it sees as a fair, ambitious, and legally binding climate change agreement in Copenhagen next week, despite widespread pessimism over the outcome of negotiations so far.
SA has united with other major developing nations in presenting a joint climate proposal which counters Denmark's draft document. The move shows the strength and determination of developing nations, who have previously said that they would prefer no deal to a bad deal.
