Tunis — The Chamber of Deputies looked, on Friday under chairmanship of Speaker of the Chamber Foued Mebazaa, at the draft budgets of the Ministries of Employment and Professional Integration of Youth, Public Health, Women, Family, Children and Elderly Affairs, as well as Social Affairs, Solidarity and Tunisians Abroad.
In the report of the sixth commission on these ministries' budgets, management and development expenses and special treasury funds were set as follows:
Employment and Professional Integration of Youth Ministry:
Management and development expenses of the Ministry of Employment and Professional Integration of Youth for 2010 were set at 59.654 million dinars (MTD), compared with 77.136 MTD in 2009, i.e. a decrease of 17.482 MTD.
Expenses are shared out as follows:
- Management expenses: 39.434 MTD
- Development expenses: 20.220 MTD
Public Health Ministry:
Management and development expenses of the public health ministry for 2010 stand at 1012.583 MTD, compared with 927.551 MTD in 2009, i.e. a rise of 85.032 MTD.
Expenses are shared out as follows:
- Management expenses: 912.143 MTD
- Development expenses: 100.440 MTD
Women, Family, Children and Elderly Affairs Ministry:
Management and development expenses of the ministry of women, family, children and elderly for 2010 were set at 60.613 MTD, versus 55.571 MTD in 2009, i.e. a rise of 5.042 MTD.
Expenses are shared out as follows:
- Management expenses: 52.409 MTD
- Development expenses: 8.204 MTD
Social Affairs, Solidarity and Tunisians Abroad Ministry:
Management and development expenses and special treasury funds of the ministry of social affairs, solidarity and Tunisians abroad for 2010 stand at 377.523 MTD, compared with 314.722 MTD in 2009, i.e. an increase of 62.801 MTD.
Expenses are shared out as follows:
- Management expenses: 246.335 MTD
- Development expenses: 52.988 MTD
- Special treasury funds: 78.200 MTD
