President Umaru Musa Yar'adua is not returning to Nigeria this week as speculated in the media, Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Alhaji Garba Aminchi said yesterday.

The envoy told the Voice of America (VOA) Hausa Service that the media report lacks credibility, adding that the president has just been removed from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a Saudi hospital.

Aminchi said nobody can tell when the president's flight will arrive Nigeria as he can only come back when certified fit by his doctors.
