When the TRC presented its final, but unedited report in July this year, it was greeted with controversy spurred by the dissention of two of its commissioners.
The controversy was mostly about key recommendations which some Liberians say would deliver justice, but which many other Liberians reject for weighing heavily in favor of retributive justice at the traditional "palava hut process of justice".
