Dar Es Salaam — TICKETS for the Miss East Africa finals would be sold starting tomorrow with 100,000/- being the highest price.

The event spokesperson, Peter Mwendapole said today that the 100,000/- ticket also caters for dinner during the finals on December 19 at the Mlimani City Hall.

Mwendapole said the beauty contest would compete girls from ten countries, who would be vying for top honours in the regional event.

He said the minimum entrance for the show would be 50,000/-. Mwendapole said tickets would be sold in various centres in the city including Tina Maria Boutique, Engen Mbezi,

Engen Ubungo, Engen Mbezi, Samaki Mlimani City, TCC Club Chang'ombe, Steers, Best Bite Namanga and Shear Illusion. Girls from Mauritius, Kenya, Djibouti, Somalia and Rwanda are in the country ahead of the event and are in camp at the Kunduchi Beach Hotel in the city.

Miss East Africa is organized by Rena Events and sponsored by CMC Automobile, Kings and Queens Worldwide, New Habari (2006) Limited, East Africa Radio and Television and DD Whole Sale.
