The Truth and Reconciliation Commission has released its final edited report with 10 persons being added to the list of most notorious perpetrators of war crimes.

Five persons were similarly added to the names of those who committed economic crimes during the civil conflict while two more persons were listed amongst those placed on public sanction.

The report documented over 100 mercenaries, mostly sierra Leoneans and Gambian who fought for the NPFL and other warring factions during the civil war, With Sierra Leone's ex junta Leader Johnny Paul Koroma other key RUF's fighter featuring permanently. See details in subsequent editions.
