Gombe United chairman, Anwalu Umar Chansi has charged the technical crew headed by Coach Ben Duamlong to sit up or seek greener pastures elsewhere.
The visibly angry boss did not mince words when he handed a three-match ultimatum to the technical crew of the club and their players.
"Win or burst. You must win your next three matches against Sunshine Stars, Kaduna United and Lobi Stars," he said.
Anwalu, who doubles as Gombe State Football Association chairman threatened during a crisis management session with the players and their technical handlers last Thursday.
Apparently reacting to an earlier sack threat by the honourable commissioner for sports in the state, Anwalu said: "Before we (club management) are sacked, you will be booted out of your job."
In fact, Coach Duamlong was given a tall order to win all the three matches including away games in order to safe his job at Gombe.
The team however responded well last weekend having recorded their first victory in the series of games. They achieved that feat against visiting Sunshine Stars, whom they defeated 2-1, to take their total haul to 11 points from 10 matches.
The club is presently occupying fifth position from the rear.
