Somalia: Somaliland Forces Nab Explosives Near Bridge

Security forces in Somalia's breakaway republic of Somaliland have seized a sack full of explosives left near a bridge that connects between Bur'a and Berbera in northwestern Sahil region.

According to Abdullahi Ismail Ali (Irro), Somaliland's Interior Minister who addressed the journalists at Ministry offices, the explosives were left in the bridge near Dubur village at time when top Somaliland officials including ministers were attending the inauguration of Qoyta town.
