Nigeria: Ebonyi to Spend N81 Million On 15 Maritime Students

Abakaliki — Ebonyi State government has approved the sum of N81 million for 15 students from the state who are currently under-going maritime studies at the Nigerian Maritime Academy, Lagos.

Announcing this in Abakaliki when members of the Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists' Ebonyi State council paid him a courtesy visit, the Secretary to the State Government, Chief Fidelis Mbam who disclosed this in at his office said each of the scholarship carries a liability of N5.4 million annually.
