Political protagonists in the country have agreed to a hybrid working document to be used as a 'talking point' during the drawing up of a new constitution in Zimbabwe.
This has potentially diffused the volatile position that had been taken by ZANU PF to impose the Kariba draft on the people. Instead, the parliamentary select committee that is spearheading the process made a compromise by agreeing to use 'talking points' instead of a proper draft document.
