Nigeria: Terror List - Senate Seeks Diplomatic Option

Abuja — Senate will, this morning, take a position on the botched bombing of the transatlantic jetliner over Detroit, Michigan, by a 23-year old Nigerian,Farouk Umar Abdulmutallab, on December 25, last year, which has earned the country an enviable classification among potential terror nations.

A motion, THISDAY learnt yesterday, will be tabled before the Senate to condemn the act of terrorism by Abdulmutallab who is already standing trial before a Federal Court in the United States.
