On January 31, 2010, the Rwanda Capital Market sealed a second year of existence. The Executive Director of the Rwanda Capital Market Advisory Council (CMAC) Mr. Robert Mathu told East Africa Business Week's BOSCO HITIMANA what they have been doing.
