Kampala — The Uganda People's Defence Force has today launched the Terehe Sita Week with a call for a closer working relationship between the Army and civilians.
Tarehe Sita, loosely translated as 'February 6', is the day when National Resistance Army, now UPDF, made their first attack on Uganda National Liberation Army at Kabamba barracks in 1981. The main celebrations will be held on Saturday.
