Nigeria: Strike - Economic Activities Paralysed in Nasarawa

Lafia — As the strike embarked on by workers in Nasarawa State enters the second day, economic activities in the state has become paralysed while hospitals and schools remain closed, forcing students and pupils to return home.

Checks by LEADERSHIP reveal that Police have been drafted to guard government offices and property in case of any break-down of law and order while other security agencies are patrolling the streets.
