Ghana/Angola: Payback Or Dominance?

Anticipated fierce action is expected to hit all the league centres when the Glo Premier League hits round two today, at all centres, after taking a break for the 27th Nations Cup in Angola.

With vengeance on the minds of teams that lost in the first round last games, nothing short of highly uncompromising clashes are expected when the league resumes.

Great Olympics, Ashgold, Eleven Wise, RTU and Heart of Lions all suffered shipwreck when they travelled away in the first round, and appear revengeful as they host their opponents.

Current league leaders, Aduana Stars' reign, is under a serious threat as they trek to the Len Clay Stadium to engage Ashgold, while second-placed Kessben FC play as guests of Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara stadium.

At the Tamale Stadium, RTU, who lost 0-2 in the first round to Hearts of Oak, will host the Phobians to a gruelling encounter, while Eleven Wise engage Chelsea at Essipong.

Berekum Arsenals will lock horns with New Edubiase at the Golden City Park, as Sekondi Hasaacas would play as guests of Liberty Professionals. King Faisal will travel to Kpando to battle Heart of Lions, while Great Olympics stay at home to welcome Wa All Stars.
