Tunis — The annual meeting of Tunisian and Algerian businessmen was held on Wednesday in the governorate of El Kef.

Held on the occasion of the commemoration of the 52nd anniversary of the Sakiet Sidi Youssef events, the meeting focused on boosting partnerships in the construction industry and public works.

Chairing the meeting, Mr. Ridha Ben Mosbah, Minister of Commerce and Handicrafts said that bilateral trade reached 1.277 billion dinars in 2009. As for the number of Tunisian companies operating in Algeria, they are estimated at more than 60 companies mostly in industry and services, he said.
