Lagos — The Civil Liberties Organisation has carpeted the military offer made by Al Qaeda, terrorist group to the country's Muslims, saying the offer by Al Qaeda to Nigerian Muslims in the wake of the unfortunate inter-communal conflict in Jos would further exacerbate the nation's volatile polity.
The foremost human rights group which spoke through the Executive Director Lanre Nosaze said such offer coming at a time the country was facing national crisis of leadership and constitutionalism and an increasing slide towards socio-political disintegration should be discouraged in view of its implications.
