Freetown — Magistrate Bankole Shyllon of Court No. 3 yesterday granted a bail of Le2 million and a surety in like some to a tenant, James Sannoh of 1A Main Road, Congo Town.
The accused was frog-matched to court for allegedly wounding and assaulting one Philip Lansana Conteh of the same address.

Magistrate Shyllon said the accused should not say anything negative to the complainant and that the surety must be a resident in Freetown without any criminal record.
He said Sannoh should report to the Congo Cross police station at 9:30am everyday until the proceedings come to an end in court.
