Nigeria: Lucozade Boost Kicks Off Valentine Promo

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc, maker of Lucozade Boost in conjunction with Sweet Sensation and Crunchies Quick Restaurant have rolled out Valentine Promo in Lagos and the Eastern part of the country.

The promo will run in all the twenty-two Sweet Sensation outlets in Lagos from February 3 to 28 and March 7 to 15 in major Crunchies outlets in Onitsha, Awka, Enugu, Umuahia, Aba, Owerri, Calabar, Uyo, Abakaliki and Yenagoa.

Consumers who make purchases worth N1, 000 and N2, 000 meal with a pack of 1litre of Lucozade Boost Apple each will have a chance to make a lucky dip to win instant prizes such as free drinks, key rings, wrist watches, memory sticks, t-shirts and face caps.

Speaking to newsmen on the promo, the Marketing Director of GSK Consumer, Mrs. Hannah Oyebanjo, said that Lucozade Boost in keeping with GlaxoSmithKline's vision of improving the quality of human life by enabling people do more, feel better and live longer, is energizing the Nation with high quality energy drinks.

"Nigerians are hardworking and fun-loving people.

Therefore, there is a big tie between Lucozade Boost and Nigerians on one hand and the valentine season on the other. We are determined to continue to energize consumers across Nigeria to enable them actualize their potentials," she said.

The Marketing Manager, Outdoor Brands, Mrs. Chika Adibo said, "the Valentine Promo is an integral part of the 'energizing the nation campaign' that was flagged off last year, as the brand is totally committed to refreshing Nigerians at every occasion."
