Maputo — An investigation conducted by the Mozambican Higher Institute of Health Sciences (ISCISA) has concluded that there is enough evidence to accuse the institution's scientific director, Jose Nunes Gilberto, of involvement in the fraud detected in the admission exams to various courses.
A press release signed by ISCISA director Aurelio Zilhao said that Gilberto is still suspended from his functions in the institution and is facing both disciplinary and criminal proceedings.
