Asaba — BUSINESS and Social activities Monday roared back to life in Delta State following the return of Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, who had been on a three weeks leave.
By 7.00 am on Monday major streets in Asaba, the state capital, witnessed heavy vehicular movements, even as major car parks in the city were equally full to the brim, with markets coming alive.
