Dar Es Salaam — AS the second leg regional tennis tournament enters the second day today in Kigali, Rwanda, Tanzania's veteran prize fighter Sebasatian Mtupili has secured a second round slot after winning today.
After a dismal start in ITF/CAT Prize Money Circuit first round in Burundi, Mtupili woke up from slumber to recond a first round victory of two straight sets 6-2 and 6-1 against Rwandese Jean Nzengimana.
