Unidentified gunmen have separately shot and killed three people in the port and business town of Bosoaso in the semi-autonomous region of puntland, witnesses told Shabelle radio on Thursday.

Locals said the killing action happened on Wednesday evening in Bosaso town of Bari region as unknown armed men murdered the 3 people where reportedly young including a teenager they killed in a business centre in centre of the town.

People in the expressed shocking about the assassination saying that the two other deceased ones were killed in the east side of the town.

The murderers had escaped instantly from the areas they committed the killing action, but more troops from the administration of Puntland had reached at the scene after the event and made search operations there in north Somalia.

We had contacted with the high officials of the administration to know more about the assassinations, but it was difficult to achieve contacting with them through the telephone and the killing action seems to be part of insecurity situations that had been rising from several towns in Puntland.
