Lagos — Ever Since she made her first appearance in Nollywood, Cossy Orjiakor - who has now become one of the most popular names in the Nigerian entertainment industry - became an instant success as her name was being bandied as the only fearless and daring personality that could play any role in movies.
Just like you can get in any movie industry; Nigerian movie producers, who are used to perfecting a certain role for a certain actor, cashed in on the opportunity and jostled for the appearance of the daring damsel that posses a bewitching bosom. With her explosive roles in flicks such as The Only Nigerian Girl, Outkast, Fuji Gyration, and Itohan - which caused a lot of ripples for months - Cossy proved that she was in for business. Unknown to many, this most talked about actress is a holder of bachelor degree in accounting and master degree in administration from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Lagos respectively. With a strong and undeterred determination that has kept her in the entertainment business even against all odds and several bashings from various quarters, Cossy threw herself into her passion (music) and recorded a single entitled Do Something, which is currently enjoying airplay.
Like an undying cat with several lives, Cossy is back to serenade fans and lovers of good views as she stood the popular social networking site, Facebook, still on the recently celebrated lovers' day -Valentine's Day.
According to her page, this saw several members of the site viewing her profile and status, "happy Val dear, I gat some lovely pix I want to share!"
Though she strongly claims that her posted pictures on the social networking site were meant to celebrate the Valentine's Day with her fans and the less privilege, there are insinuations that there were actually meant for the man after her heart.
This is so because when she was asked how her man feels about so much exposure of the supposed covert organ (boobs), she openly said beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
Shared on this page are some of the pictures, which Cossy confirmed that she actually took and posted on the website herself without any misconception or misunderstanding.
Reacting to questions fielded by this reporter, Cossy simply answered: "Yes, I took the pictures. I actually took the pictures on Valentine's Day, and I had the valentines with the less privilege and my fans, and it was so much fun. There's no hanky-panky in it, I actually took the pictures on Valentine's Day and it's just my way of celebrating my fans."
Though she has been going back and forth with her musical career, for her she is set to do it big time after the release of Do Something some weeks ago.
"I'm actually quite busy at the moment and that is because I would be going to South Africa to shoot my musical video. I want to do this to satisfy my person because music is more like a hobby for me, and as such everything that has to do with my musical and things I do is because I love doing them. I am not doing the music business for money but simply for my pleasure, I mean I love doing it," these were the words of the bosomy and controversial loving lady, who has kept her name on the lips of her fans and those that don't love her since her incursion into the Nigerian entertainment scene.
Cossy, who was born on October 15 and hails from Anambra State, believes that God is God everywhere and only one love should reign everywhere.
That she admits some of the allegations levelled against her is like stating the obvious because she has confirmed that the social networking site having the profile with her pictures is hers and not an act of impersonation.
And with e-mail addresses such as Cossyboobs@yahoo.com, Cossyboobs@AIM.com, it is without doubts that the lady enjoys the pecks and buzz that comes with having a voluptuous mammary gland.
However, the light skinned and boobs merchant as she is currently being referred to still prefers shopping to having or enjoying sex.
"I take shopping to sex anytime, I love loyalty, a woman should stick to an age she likes. I'm a hard nut to crack, but very tasty when cracked," she said.
Cossy also tells all that care to listen that she runs a consulting firm that caters for events management, entertainment needs and sales, auctions or acquisition of properties.
Unknown to many, she has got some sides to her revealing personality. According to her, she has got two sides that she conveniently manages. "There are two sides to every thing, just like there are two sides to every person. One part is the one you know; Cossy, the celebrity, the other part is the one you don't have to know. I love the feeling of mystery around me. I love to allow people keep guessing about what makes me tick. "That way I am able to spring surprises and focus better," she said in an interview recently.
One human feature that Cossy is immensely blessed with is boobs and she continues to tell those who care to listen that contrary to the belief that the organs are artificial or manipulated she loves her body and completely glad that God has endowed her with such size of mammary organs.
She once told a casual friend that her boobs are not only sexy and lovely but they are the right sizes, which make up for her perfect shape.
Contrary to the thoughts and talks that Cossy is all about breast revelation, she at any given opportunity tells what she is made up of. At an instance, she said she is not interested in what people with inferiority complex think of her personality and at another time, she argued that she is a brand whose style has worked well and made her quite comfortable as both an artiste and flourishing businesswoman.
Costly Cossy has got her regrets and her reasons for not appearing in movies in recent time might not be totally unconnected with her controversial lifestyle. For her, coming into the movie industry was with an open mind that she believes would enable her fit into any role with a good pay; but this might not be the case for the Nigerian movie directors, who now have resentment about the characters they use in movies. Even as deterring as it is, Cossy said she refuses to be stereotyped or put in the box and strongly believes that producers are scared.
Funnily; she is a genuine critic, who said style denotes personality. And that everyone is addressed just as dressed. Besides, she maintains the lifestyle of an expressive personality that expresses her mood in her clothing.
