Botswana: Government to Regulate Hours of PSV Drivers

Francistown — The Ministry of Transport and Communications is contemplating regulating the working hours of taxi, bus and combi drivers by amending the Road Transport Act.

The deputy permanent secretary in the ministry, Ntabeni Malikongwa, says the law is outdated and that it is in the interests of the public to bring it to up to date.
