Luanda — The social communication minister, Carolina Cerqueira, visited today the Angop headquarters in Luanda and assessed the working conditions in the the country's unique news agency.

Accompanied by the deputy minister, Manuel Miguel de Carvalho "Wadijimbi", and the national information director, José Luis de Matos, the minister was detailed about the Agency's upgrading project by Director general Manuel da Conceição, Deputy director general for information, Luisa Damião, and Technical director, Daniel Jorge.

The minister, who took oath last month, already visited the headquarters of the state-run broadcasting station Radio Nacional de Angola, TV station TPA and the of the only daily angolan newspaper "Jornal de Angola".
