Tunisia: Nation Sets Specifications From Private Training Establishments

Tunis — A unified set of specifications requirements was recently created to set the rules of creation and functioning of private training establishments with the aim to simplify administrative procedures and to encourage investments in this sector.

The Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment which oversees the private sector for vocational training through the development and updating of the legal framework governing it and assesses the activity of private training establishments and follows up their commitment to respect the provisions of the specifications in addition to the support and supervision and follow-up, is also entitled in case of non -compliance to specifications to close the institution that persists in the infringements.

The services of the Ministry of vocational training and employment also assist potential managers who want to be better informed about the procedure for setting up a private training venture.
