Luanda — The Angolan head of State, in his capacity as chief of the Government, has the power to control the enforcement of the Public Probity Law, recently passed by the National Assembly (Parliament).
This was said Saturday in Luanda by the head of the "Igreja de Jesus Cristo sobre a Terra" (Kimbanguista), rev. Santos Diangani. Speaking to Angop, the church leader said the head of State must set up mechanisms for control of management of public funds by appointed officials.
