Cabinda — The governor of the northern province of Cabinda, Mawete João Baptista has expressed concern about the residents in the outskirts of the capital city, following the rains hitting the region over the past days.
Mawete Baptists who paid a seven-day visit to the city's neighbourhoods, aimed at assessing the rain damages and the works of structuring roads, voiced concern about the victims of Madombolo zones, Comandante Gika ward, whose houses submerged and others at risk of collapsing.
