Senator Joy Emodi, who until last week, represented Anambra North in the senate has cleared the air on the report in certain sections of the media that she lost at the lower tribunal before the matter got up to the Court of Appeal where she lost.
The Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu had in the judgment declared Mr. Alphonsus Igbeke who contested the 2007 senatorial election on the platform of All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) the winner of the election and recommended that he should be sworn in as the senator representing Anambra North.
