Liberia: Several Graduate From the Firestone Adult Education Program

More than seventy persons have received certificates of achievement, after successfully completing twelve months of training in various vocational skills under the Firestone Adult Education Program.

The graduation ceremony which took place on Monday, April 12, 2010, at the Harbel Field House, brought together students of the Firestone Adult Education Program and the Firestone School System, the Schools Operations Manager of Firestone Liberia, Mr. George B. Caine, III, the Superintendent of the Firestone School System, Mrs. Dwede D. Hoto, heads of other departments, including the Personnel Operations Manager of the company, Mrs. Clara Reeves-Philips, friends of the graduates and county officials of Margibi County, represented by Superintendent Levi Piah, who also made remarks during the program.
