Kuito — The vice minister of Welfare and Social Reintegration, Mateus Miguel Angelo "Vietnam", has called on the board of the Social Reintegration Institute of Former Soldiers (IRSEM), in central Bié Province, to be more transparent in the implementation of projects aimed at to support ex-soldiers.
Speaking this weekend in the Kuito City, Mateus Miguel said that the measure aims mainly at covering a larger number of former soldiers in the region, particularly those who have never benefited from institutional assistance to improve their living standard and that of their families.
