Kigali — Jean Bosco Kanani was yesterday elected Rwanda Patriotic Front's (RPF) Vice Chairman in Kigali City, replacing Joseph Karemera who was recently appointed the party's commissioner in the city.
In a tight election held at the School of Finance and Banking (SFB), Kanani who is also youth representative in the city bagged 195 votes against his only competitor for the seat, Jean Marie Vianney Sekamana who got 178 votes.
