The crisis that followed the 2007 General Election re-energised the push for a comprehensive review of the Constitution, among other critical reforms, which were to be carried out within the framework of "Agenda Four".
While we have concerns with some provisions within the proposed constitution, in reality, this document is more progressive than the current Constitution. It is the result of more than two decades of a search for a more comprehensive social contract among Kenyans.
