Kampala — I usually cringe when I read the horrendous things that happen to children in Uganda. No month passes by without the media carrying stories of such things.
For instance, The New Vision, in the month of April, carried stories like: 'Malnutrition - Bundibugyo children starving due to Poverty' (April 4,) 'Two children die in accident (April 12,)' and 'Four children die in family poisoning' (April 29.)
