Uganda: Rwandan Refugees Fate Due Today

Kampala — The fate of Rwandan 'refugees' living in Uganda is to be decided today in a meeting to be held in Mbarara between the governments of Uganda, Rwanda and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
