Kampala — Countries in the Great Lakes region have agreed to implement a joint operation against the lords Resistant Army rebels.
Uganda's Ambassador to Congo James Kinobe has revealed.
He attributed the regional instability to various rebel groups in the region.
The joint operations will also help in eliminating rebel activities within the region, he notes.
