Harare — Zimbabwe's foreign missions arrears of about US$30 million have forced Government to reduce expenses, Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Ambassador Joey Bimha has said.
Appearing before the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade yesterday, Ambassador Bimha, said the money the Ministry of Finance disbursed to the missions was inadequate.
