Johannesburg — COAL exploration and development company Keaton Energy Holdings is ready to begin its first major mining project, Vanggatfontein, near Delmas in Mpumalanga.
CEO Paul Miller said yesterday the company would spend R335m of its available cash on developing phases 1 and 2 of the project. The economic life of the company's first project, Klip Colliery, had recently ended.
