Kampala — PEOPLE with disabilities (PWDs) in Arua district on Tuesday stormed the district LC5 chairman's office protesting a decision by the resident district commissioner, Ibrahim Abiriga, to take over their office.
Led by their council chairman, Joshua Muki, the PWDs met the works and security secretary, Luigi Candini, whom they told that Abiriga had allocated their office to a group of people who recently defected to the NRM.
