Kampala — The government's plan to open a public university in the West Nile region before the area gets electricity will be waste of resources, the acting Maracha district LC5 chairman has said.
Speaking to The New Vision in his office on Tuesday, Kanon Viga, said the region needs electricity and vocational schools, not a university.
