Africa: Again, No African Leader Got Ibrahim Prize

Lagos — Again, no past African head of state was able to clinch the Mo Ibrahim Foundation's award for African leadership instituted to reward excellence in the management of national affairs.

The committee which chooses the recipient of the award issued a statement yesterday saying it has resolved for a second successive year not to award the prize.
