Nigeria: Court Adjourns Ruling Over Revocation of El' Rufai's Property

Abuja — A Federal Capital Territory High Court, yesterday adjourned ruling on whether it has the jurisdiction or not to entertain the case of revocation of a landed property of the former minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir el'Rufai.

Sitting before Justice Lawal Gumi, the court also adjourned ruling on a motion filed by the plaintiff, Mallam el' Rufai, seeking an amendment to substitute the name of the attorney he earlier gave power to sue on his behalf.
