Uganda Set to Earn $2b Annually From Oil

Kampala — Prospects for the Uganda's oil earnings seem to be high with the sector projected to bring in an estimated $2billion (about UShs4trillion) annually for the next 25 years, Tullow Uganda General Manager Brian Glover has revealed.

With Uganda's oil reserves estimated at 2 billion barrels to date, Glover said the discoveries they have made are set to put Uganda in the world's top 50 oil producing countries.
