Kenya Commercial Bank has offered a 21 per cent discount on its rights issue share price as it seeks to raise Sh15 billion to enable it consolidate its regional business.
The new share will be sold at Sh17, a discount compared to the bank's six month average share price at the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) of Sh21.53 per share.
