Dar es Salaam — SWISSPORT, a company listed on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) has improved its services which increased customer satisfaction and added revenue to the government.
According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company which was formerly called DAHACO, Mr Gaudence Temu, the services of Swissport have been improved to meet international standards in terms of security of cargo and control of pilferage, that has been in the past a big problem because customers' cargos were lost frequently.
