Huambo — The governor of central Huambo province, Fernando Faustino Muteka, inaugurated on Tuesday the water treatment and distribution system of Tchiaka, district of Tchindjendje, about 154 kilometres northwest of the province's capital city.
The system was inaugurated under the Government's "Water for All" programme designed to increase and improve basic services provided to the population.
