Uganda: Government Neglect Adding Injury to Salt On Lake Katwe

As we prepare to depart from Lake Katwe, which is ensconced in the middle of Queen Elizabeth National Park near Kasese District, Nicholas Kagongo, our tour guide, takes a sweeping look across the segmented lake in a contemplative mood.
